RETURNS:
Returns can be made within 30 days after the purchase date as long as the item has not been worn and is in the exact same condition as it was sent.

TAX:
Tax is applicable for the state of Wisconsin only.

SHIPPING:
Shipping charges for international purchases will be sent on a separate invoice for shipping costs before item will be shipped. Shipping within the Unites States is always free.

Jewelry that is marked 'On Hold with Step by Step Wire Magazine' means the piece will be published in Step by Step Wire magazine and they temporarily have the piece for publication photos. If you purchase a piece that will be published, it may be several months before that piece will be returned to me.
